At Dubai Safaris Deals, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a satisfactory tour experience. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, we have outlined our Refund Policy below.

You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the date and time of the tour. However, please note that tickets purchased from third-party vendors are not subject to our refund policy.

If you need to cancel your booking between 12-24 hours before the tour, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

It is important to note that by registering for a tour, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so directly with Capture Desert.

Your booking will only be officially cancelled once you have received confirmation of the cancellation from us via email at [email protected].

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days, depending on the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.
